I read a few threads in here, about dedicated graphic cards, and read
about the specifications, and what each part do, and which card is better
for games.
It said in most places, that their's a big difference between the Geforce go 7300 and the 7400.
But, from what I saw the Geforce go 7400 is an overclock version of Geforce go 7300.
Unfortunatly I live in Israel, and currently my choices are between 2 notebooks.
1. An Hp dv6000 notebook, with Intel Dual core 2 T5600 Processor 1.8Ghz, 1Gb Ram, 120gb hard
drive, supports bluetooth, and Geforce Go 7400.
2. An Toshiba Satellite A200, with Intel Dual core T2450 (Which I never heard of) 2.0Gh, 1Gb ram, 160Gb hard drive, supports bluetooth 2.0, and Geforce Go 7300.
I clearly like the Toshiba, because of the better processor and Hard drive, but I want to play games on my notebook as well, so It's important for me to know, if it is such a big difference between Geforce go 7400 to 7300, Or I could run smoothly the new Command and Conquer game (which my friend who has Geforce go 7400, ran it pretty well)

Im not entirely sure, but the 7300 and 7400 were marketed together. So, I think youll get a similar experience from both. The only thing is, the 7400 might be able to pump out a few more fps. Again, Im no expert. Go to nvidia.com and type Gforce 7 series in the search. Hope that helps.

The 7400 is basically an overclocked 7300 but it also has a bit faster memory.

The Processor in the HP ought to be at least as good as the one in the toshiba, as the nomenclature shows that the T2450 it most likely is a Core Duo, it has slower FSB (533 MHz) and they both have the same amount of L2-cache (2 MB). Since the architecture of the C2D is better than the CD, a 2 GHz CD (T2500) has the same performance as a 1,86 GHz C2D (T5600).

the core 2 duo have a little more performace per GHz, and Core 2 Duo also support 64 bit instructions, which can be good in near future

I'd take the HP over the Toshiba because it has better quality and is sturdier. I also like the keyboard better. -

Isn't the GO 7300 GT better and cheaper than the 7400 GO?

The desktop 7300GT is a totally different animal than the mobile version.Equipped with DDR3 the 7300GT can outperform a 7600GS, alas thats not the case with the mobile chips.

That's cause the 7300GT is based on the G73 core like the 7600, only with disabled pipelines.
