    Hi everyone,

I finally got a new notebook and now I will finally be able to play the game.

I would like to get a German version (key) so that I will be able to play with my German friends.

Is there a chance to get a German verison (download it somewhere) in the US?

    Thx for your help.

That is so special about German SC2 version. When I buy games, I usually try to avoid DEU versions, mainly because some games can be cut due to censorship laws in Germany...
Anyways, I would suggest contacting someone who lives in Germany and asking them to order your game through Steam, but it seems that Steam hasn't got SC2 :/.
Another my suggestion would be you ordering this game through Amazon.de.

Hm, yeah thought about this too.

But the thing is that I dont understand why to pay a premium of 10 Euro which makes it 60 Euros for a game that I could get here in the States for 50 USD just to be able to play with my German friends...
    What a joke is this???

You can buy the EU version digitally through Blizzard.

Yes, it's the same as the EU version you would buy in a European store. You just have to log into battle.net and change your region to Europe, and then buy the game.

I bought a russian version because its cheaper but after you buy it you can register version for another region for free. Something like that.

It's not really regionlocked. You can easily change your region and buy a license for a different region.

They actually made some form of region linking possible recently, but I don't know if that applies between North America and Europe though.

Why can't you just click the change region button...?
