Or would that be another one to my account?
Thanks In advance!

I've never tried it with Origin, but it should work just like with Steam.
You buy the game off Amazon, then you receive the product key in your Amazon digital game library, email that key to your friend and have him activate it in Origin client. -

That is what I was thinking. Just hoping someone has already attempt it?. Waiting on EA advisor 30 mins...
Just so I can report an official answer.
Thank you. -
Yeah, let me know. I'm curious as well.
It should work unless there's something weird going on like this:

I think sending the game itself (in box) would be better considering this is a gift (if in US you get a free two day shipping or 3.99 one day shipping through trial period prime membership). Also your friend can activate the game from Origin to have both digital copy and the game.

Amazon Digital Games policy is to issue a new key on any game purchase, in the event of you running out of activations. I would assume the above case would also apply.

Well I talk to an ea rep. and You purchase it as gift if you use there email during the purchasing.
And I purchase at the right time. EA is giving me a free game.
