I have two questions about these IGPs:

    1. Can anybody confirm that Go 6100 doesn't accelerate HD content (more precisely H.264)? This IGP is missing from the Geforce Go page and on the Geforce desktop page it says that it doesn't. However, this Reuters article says that it does.

    2. I know that ATI x200m had very poor OpenGL performance compared to the Nvidia alternatives. Has this changed with x1100/x1150? How do they compare with Nvidia Go6100 in OpenGL games?

    1. The GeForce 6150 does support H.264 video acceleration:
    http://www.nvidia.com/page/purevideo_support.html
    It's called PureVideo.

    2. The X1100/X1150 are based on the same chip that the X200M is and therefore expect equally poor OpenGL performance.

1.Yes, they all support PureVideo, but they don't support all its features. Even on the page you linked it says "PureVideo features supported" - that's what all the tables are for. H.264 acceleration is a feature.

Go 6100 is missing from the mobile cards page and my question was if its features are the same as the ones of the desktop chipset - i.e. missing HD content support.

    2. The x1150 chipset improves on x200m by about 30% - I was wondering if that's enough to match the Go 6100 Open GL speed, and also if there were some other improvements in this chipset.

So, doesn't anybody know? I tried to email Nvidia, but they haven't answered yet.

Get a laptop with a dedicated card and you won't need to know. =)

3d gaming on IGP isn't really recommended anyways.
