Hay i have the dell E1705 with the X1400 video card and at the time that i perchesed the laptop the NVIDIA® GeForce™ Go 7800 was not aoption but now it is. I was wondering if buying the NVIDIA® GeForce™ Go 7900 wich is now the current config for the laptop on dell's website would fit and or would be woth the $400 upgread? anything will help i cant make up my mind. I can play FEAR on my laptop now with a 35 FPS average so it's not that bad so what do you guys think?

Yes you could do that, you could even upgrade to the 7900 GTX if you were so inclined.

However, it's up to you if it's worth it, if you're fine with what you have and can spend the money on more important things, it isn't worth it, but if you've got it gathering dust, why not.

If you want a 7800GS I would check out notebookforums.com and just say you are looking for one. I think alot of people are selling them to upgrade to the 7900GS/GTX

Yeah, you have to use a non-free mail e-mail to sign up (e.g. the one your ISP gives you) Can't use Hotmail, Gmail etc.
