    Exactly, this is one of the better and more polished mods. Some other ones are just horrible.

    I don't think Perfect Dark has one either, I just played it and didn't see one. Maybe there's an option to turn it on.

    ive already got half life 2 loaded but its the original from the orange box.
    there is another source engine entitled HL2 so ill try loading that tonight when i get home. otherwise ill give up as ive got so many games ive already bought of steam that it will take me a year to play them all. thanks for the advice. ;)

    You are right I just checked. You couldn't see the crosshair in normal time, you had to press L or R to make it appear with the drawback of becoming an immobile target, but that allowed some fine aiming ^^.
