Tiger Woods 09 isn't even made for the PC anymore. Does anyone know of any good golf games for the PC? I'm looking for the most realistic gameplay.

Also, there are a few simulators out there which you can use a real golf club. Anyone with experience?

There was a gadget where you could use a real club. This was at the Links386 era, when online multiplayer golf was made by direct connection and millionaires played together through international calls.

Why don't you get the 08 version? It's apparently less than $10 in most places I check online.

I still think 2006 was the best PC version.

    Definitely.

I loved the time travel aspect of it were you can go back and play Hogan, Nicklaus, Palmer, etc.

Wish the 09 version would come out for PC with the game face option like on the consoles. I had a lot of fun importing faces of Rodney Dangerfield, Snoop Dogg, Arnold Schwarzenegger, and Adam Sandler (aka Happy Gilmore). They made good multiplayer characters. :D

This is actually a pretty fun and somewhat functional simulator. I haven't played in a couple of years, since I moved. ( priorities) My son and I played it religiously for a year or so when we didn't have time to actually hit the real course.
