What are some good games with medium to low PC requirements?

I'm looking for any game really, as long as it's fun.

    Core 2 Duo @ 2.0 GHz
    3GB Ram
    Intel Media Accelerator 4500MHD

I'll suggest what popped in my head just now:

    - Carmaggeddon 2
    - Rainbow Six 3
    - Heroes of Might and Magic 3

More to come as I remember...

    You should post a genre.

I personally think Sokoban is a good game - it runs on much less too ;)
    Do a google search.

    Edit: And is free :D

R6:Vegas is a horrible port that barely runs on dedicated graphics cards, and COD3 is a console exclusive...

Yeah, a genre would help. But here's a few more:

    - Battlefield 2 absolutely (my favorite)
    - Command and Conquer Generals / Zero Hour
    - Sins of a Solar Empire
    - Orange Box (Half-Life 2)
    - Call of Duty 4 (lower settings, but runs fine)
    - Rainbow Six 3: Raven Sheld
    - Age of Empires III
    - FEAR (first one with expansions)

    ^^^That^^^

With what HT has listed you would have a great cross-section of game genres to play.

    Genres:

    Fast Third Person Shooters (GunZ-esque)
    Good FPS's
    RPG's of all varieties
    Fast RTS's

Also: How well would Orange Box run? Is there a demo?

I don't think there are demos. I think Orange Box would run splendid, however. In most cases if the system has a Core 2 Duo it can run well.
