Played Tilt! when I was younger, however it is a DOS game and probably impossible to find now.

Any one of the three (or all three) Pro Pinball games from gog.com...$6/each...probably the most technically advanced pinball simulations (read: ball physics) for the PC before everyone decided that FPS were more fun, and a lot of fun to play...after those, I agree with moral hazard: Microsoft's Space Cadet included with their OS is the most fun...

sierra games had a pinball game like that was AWESOME. i forget the name, but it was like 'ghosts' and 'haunted' themed. i played it for quite a long time. there were 3 maps, i guess you call them, and so many things you can do on each one. very very fun game. it's old tho... so you might actually be able to pick it up for free these days. came out in the mid 90's perhaps?

    3-D Ultra Pinball...

There were several in the series...the ghost one that you're mentioning...a space one and a dinosaur one and a couple of others I think...Sierra wore that engine out...
