What are some good PC games that were released recently (since September 2009)? Looking for mostly racing/FPS, however others will do. The ones I have include MW2 and DiRT2. Just looking to stock up before I move away for work.

Also, some good movies in general that went to DVD/Blu-Ray since then would be helpful also. Thanks :D

The Witcher was released in 2007, but if you haven't played it, I recommend it. I'm in Act II and loving it.

Torchlight is a great birds eye view rpg action single player game.

Killing Floor is the best Co-Op horror game I've played so far, makes L4D seem kiddy.

Red Orchestra is the best online FPS I've played, from Tripwire Interactive also. No wussy crosshair or automatic zoom when you sight on this game. Iron sights work, but they don't zoom like they do in BC2, awesomeness.

lols I'm like them also. As a laptop user, GPU becomes outdated fast and don't replace for a while, so miss a few games for a few years.

If you're going to have internet access I recommend Bad Company 2. The campaign is pretty short, and other than bugs with server browsing, the gameplay cant be beat. It is a lot slower paced than MW2 and it takes about an hour to get used to.

MW2 is faster paced mulitplayer and BC2 is just a tab calmer in some aspects.
    I like BC2 more.

What you're asking for is highly subjective. What genres of movies do you like?

    District 9
    Moon
    Where The Wild Things Are
    Up In The Air
    Inglorious B**terds
    etc. & blah, blah, blah...

If you've never seen The Life of David Gale, you should. The ending will astonish you.
