Is this NVIDIA® GeForce Go Turbo Cache (NV44M) 128M VRAM

How's the image for viewing DVDs, playing games, internet??

That's what, the 6200?? It's a low end card, it isn't much of a gaming GPU. But to view movies and surf the net, you don't need a good GPU anyway, so don't worry about that!!

If you're asking those kinds of questions the true emphasis should be put on the LCD panel in the laptop rather than the graphics card (or lack of) below it. Even the Intel GPU's can handle those sorts of demands. If you want to move into gaming then you need the Nvidia. You'll get playable performance on the lowest of settings, but that's about it if you're lucky. An x300 with 64MB struggled to play Doom 3 on the lowest settings. What you're looking at will do a little better. If all you want to play is Half Life 2 then this will suit your needs just fine though. -

That's a GeForce Go6200, affirmative.
Anything will work for what you're doing. A Go6200 will be very good for DVD's because it has Nvidia's PureVideo technology. Having a Go6200 is also good for future-proofing your notebook for Windows Vista.
