This is just sad. I mean, I'm not trying to defend the Take-Two people. But suing because of a mini se.x scene, in a game that you can:
- Kill pretty much any one.
- Break almost any law you can think of.
I can go on and on about it. And this is a game that is rated M for mature. And I'm sure if you go to the box it says, Contains Sexual content.
This is the same thing as if a movie got out rated X because it had s.ex, and suing over it.
And this is in a world, where real rapist get out of courts free, celebrities get most of the time just a pat in the hand for doing something that the "normal" person will get years and years in jail.
And to take something so seriously out of a video game?? It is just freaking sad.

lol, this is almost as bad as that woman who got sued $1.92 million for sharing 24 songs.
The law sometimes doesn't make a lot of sense, the companies and lawyers just abuse that to get the most money in their pockets. -
Wait, where is that money going?!
Fat cat's will probably spend it on prostitutes, oh the irony. -

Yeah to be honest, Im more worrried about stupid, unthinking, illiterate, unparented 5th graders with trashy role-models growing up shooting cops in a game, then I am about them potentially discovering (as if they haven't from the playground already) se.x from it.
Not that I think content like that is always bad, and that everything should be censored...that game is just FOR ADULTS, clearly if a child who doesn't understand se.x is playing it, things went wrong long before the se.x scene...when he beat down that old woman for her *insert GTA equivalent of a cadillac here*. -
I don't see much difference between M and AO. they basically are the same rating and the whole law suite was about sexual content being made available to minors...minors should be buying M games anyways. Its like R versus NC17 or MA, all three mean the same thing, the last two are just the kiss of death in the industry and you have to do a lot of brown nosing to not get them. Plus it was not like you could just unlock the content without some pretty active hacking, it was found the same way people who are searching the memory for content that was left out of the game and wasn't discovered until the PC version.
America, the land of guns and gore, but God forbid the bible thumbers see a breast. Admittedly, pretty much sums up the Old Testament; Swords and Gore, but God forbid you see a breast or fig leaf. I'm German Catholic, as in born in. -
America does many stupid things. But so do other countries. But yeah...still...stupid. Oh no, se.x!

They do seem to make a distinction on what could be put on a mature game.

I find it funny that to actually view any of this, you have to go on the internet, download some files, and replace the original ones.
Anyone else wanna take a guess on how many worse things you can find on google in that same amount of time? -
