    Hi, Which one is better.

    AMD Radeon R9 M275

    or

    Nvidia Geforce GT840m

    Can AMD Radeon R9 M275 2GB handle Games like BF4, COD:Ghost, Titanfall, Watch Dogs, Middle-earth: Shadow of Mordor...?

    Its basically a rebranded 8870m. Check youtube for gameplays or this forum for benchmarks. It eats the 840 for breakfast. 840m is 384core, ddr3 with 64bit bus, the AMD is 640core, ddr5 and 128bit.

    AMD card is faster in this case but you can't directly compare AMD to Nvidia architecture in terms of core count, they're apples and oranges.
