    Hey, i just purchased a dell laptop with these specs...
    -Intel® Core™ 2 Duo T7200 (2.00GHz, 4MB L2 Cache, 667MHz FSB)
    -2GB at 533MHz Shared Dual Channel DDR2
    -256MB ATI MOBILITY™ RADEON® X1400 HyperMemory™
    -160GB 5400 RPM SATA Hard Drive
    I just want to know, will i be able to play Counter-Strike:source ok with it?

    yeah i play css with my specs (look in my sig) at medium resolution. As long as your not looking for highest settings you will be fine.

    the x1400 is a decent card, and counterstrike is not very demanding at all. You should be fine.

    i play css and i have an x1400 and 2 gigs of ram with a 2.16 ghz processor, and i get an average of 40 fps on default video settings

    Really? Look at my specs.... i also get avg 40fps...hmm strange I thought the x1400 would be better than my 9600. :confused: With High texture details, low shadow, no AA AF HDR...

    Well the 9600 is a few generations old, but it's a performance card from an older generation. It should be on par with many modern midrange cards.

    Shame......my laptop did originally hav a 9700 but that died, so they replaced it with a 9600 :mad:
