I have an HP dv5t, and it used to run WoW great. Over the last 6 months, the graphics card has been steadily getting hotter and hotter. Now, it idles at 60 degrees Celsius, and if there is any stress on it, it runs at over 90. Is there anything i can do about this, or is this just a 2 year old laptop dying?

    Thanks

ur vents are choking up.. blow compressed air through them to remove dust.

Undervolt ur CPU also using The undervolting guide.. http://forum.notebookreview.com/har...arket-upgrades/235824-undervolting-guide.html

also try the riva tuner tweak to undervolt GPU in a way to drop temps.. my GPU idles at 50C and with Overclock its 80C at most..

Try all these and Dv5t runs cool.. also get a notebook cooling pad.
