    Hi guys!
    im new here and looking for advice on notebooks.

    what my question is that is the GeForce Go7400 128MB faster and stronger than a Radeon 9550 (desktop) 256MB with a 128-bit memory???

    i know i read the stickey upthere, but it has almost nothing about the 9550.

    EDIT: is the GeForce Go7400 128MB in the Hp Pavilion DV5000t MXM compatable??? because on the nvidia website it says that the go74 and 7300 GPUs are MXM.

    They can be MXM, but unless it explicitly says it on the manufacturer of the notebook's website, it's not. An HP does not have MXM.

    Try looking at the requirements for those games - if you meet them, you can play. The GeForce Go7400's performance shouldn't be far off from a desktop GeForce 7300GS, so you might want to look up benchmarks for that.
