    Greenmangaming.com seems to do this all the time. Like, every week there's a new code, and at any given time you can get 20-25% off almost any game in their inventory. They call it a "weekend deal" or "limited time special" but I've seen it every time I visited the site, which I've been doing every few days for a couple months as of now.

    Effectively, if you ever want to buy a Steam game, check GMG first, since you'll be able to get it for at least 20% off sticker price there. Hell, I preordered Borderlands 2 for $38 since GMG had it for $50 to begin with (16% discount) after which I applied the code and got an additional 25% off the discounted price.

    It's a conspiracy to make you *think* you are getting a great deal. They are selling them for the price they should be in the first place. It's an inside angle by the pubs and valve!
