Hey guys just installed Gta san andreas for my computer. I noticed when i put on the fx quality to anything above low my computer slow downs or i guess you can say skips a little bit, BUT!! the fps remain above 30. I don't know what the problem is becuase i don't think it is the graphic card.

    Cheers Guys,

    Mike

GTA San Andreas has a problem with Dual core processors. Load up GTA San Andreas, the Alt+Tab out and open up the task manager. Then, go to the processes list and right click on the San Andreas process from that list. In the menu that is brought up, select 'Set Affinity...' and untick one core, so that only one core is being used. Go back into GTA San andreas and it should be fixed.

Yes thank you that seemed to work perfectly. But is there an easier way to do that without having to go into task manager everytime?

*shrugs* look around at gta mod websites?

I dunno. They did get lazy with the cars in SA though.
