i was just curious, since the GTS 250M is same/little above the HD 4670. I heard the desktop GTS 250 is a rebadged 9800GTX+, so what is the GTS 250M? a rebadged 9800m GTX?

GTS 250M is a GT21x architecture, different from the G92x used previously (in 9xxxm for instance). It's a 40nm chip derived from desktop GT200 architecture, but with significantly lower sp/rop/tmu count.
