its been about 1 year and about 4 months since i got this laptop
the specs:
gtx 560m
i7 2670QM
500HDD
8 gb
yesterday i was playing tera and for some reason the the fans were loud and checked the cpuid hardware and it was 90C... i cleaned the inside and i played today.
today it was little bit down but i still get 85~88. sometimes 90C... do i need to repaste? I didnt touch any of the heatsink or w/e

Ya, repaste and clean the vents (make sure you check the positioning of GPU pads). Also one little observation, IC Diamond is better on CPU than PK-1 (imo).

I didn't find a picture for 560m thermal pad positions but the following pictures would be enough. The first one is 680m, the second one is your card 560m, make sure the same parts (vram and those transistors) are covered by thermal pads and is NOT touching the heatsink.

I recommend reapplying thermal paste, give the heatsinks some good time with the compressed air, and you'll likely be good to go. Heck after 6 months my CPU temps in my Sager NP9150 started to shoot up. Just a few blasts with compressed air got out the dust bunnies and temps are nice and cool again.

Agree with the above, clean gpu die and heatsink with isopropyl and put on a small amount of new thermal paste, if it doesn't get better maybe replace the thermal pads aswell.

btw instead of compressed air (the correct way to do it) I am lazy enough to take out the heatsink, and use vacuum cleaner on it
