Hey I just bought a new HP DV6000 series and was curious as to whether or not I could play any of the guild wars games on it? Hope you can help.

I don't recall the video on the dv6000, but GW doesn't require alot in terms of specs. It runs fine(low/mid, more on the lower side) on integrated 950GMA.

Guild Wars can run on low settings on the integrated graphics solution. If your dv6000 has the Go7400 gpu, Guild Wars will run at higher settings.

Guild wars should run just great. I have an old 9600xt for my desktop and i can run max graphics perfectly. I have only 768mb of ram and 1.6ghz proc.

If you bought one with the GMA 950, it'll run but at very low settings.

If you bought one with the Go 6150 like I've got, it actually runs pretty decently at 800x600 with most of the settings up.

And the Go 7200/7400 will run it beautifully.

Strangely enough it's on the X3000 page as imcompatiable - bluescreens.
