    HD 4650 mobility clocking tools

    What do you guys use? I have tried editing bioses (GPU-Z shows change as overclocked clocks not default and clocks remain at default even though there are no profiles left with default clocks), I have tried riva tuner (wont show an option), ati tray tools (wont detect clocks properly), GPUTOOL (detects clocks correctly but nothing happens when I click apply).

    Ah powerplay has to be enabled.
