    Hey,

I recently got my m15x with a HD 5850 in it, I updated the drivers and CCC to 10.4, which was not an easy process, but was able to do so successfully, I think. But now theres some bug that causes my mouse pointer to randomly enlarges to like 4 times the normal size. Its as if my mouse is set on the 800x600 resolution and everything else is on the normal 1600x900 resolution. So, is anyone else experencing this and is there someway to fix it, keeping in mind my drivers are up to date.

P.S. - If I reboot my laptop the mouse reverts back to normal size/resolution, but after a while it will enlarge again.

I think this might be just general ATI Graphics related issue. When I watch flash in full screen I notice this sometimes happens. Which drivers are you using?

It's a known issue discussed on various 5850 vendor forum sites. I have some problems with my desktop 5850 but only when the factory overclock (a.k.a. ATI Overdrive) is enabled.

I found that if I change the resolution and then revert it back to normal It fixes it without having to restart the computer.
