Iceman0124 More news from nowhere
The 2900 will get a huge boost with driver revisions, duno if it'll be enough though, my $260 8800 GTS 320MB got over 30 FPS on both maps in Lost planet with everything cranked and 4x AA/16xAF at 1360x760 (the highest res available for some reason) which is wholly acceptable for me. For the price/performance ratio, the 320 keeps making me happy with everything I've thrown at it so far.
ATI needs to hammer hard at the sub $200 market, completely forgo the high end this go around, and launch the 3XXX series early, much earlier than NV. -
Anybody think it might have something to do with that Lost Planet is produced by nVidia and Capcon?

Duh, obviously..

hmmmm, looks like a demanding game even for high end dx10
