Did anyone noticed any performance boost for HD4650 with the new driver ATI Catalyst 10.3 ??? my friends with HD5000 series and HD4800 noticed a huge performance boost, but for me and my friend with HD3650 we noticed performance drop and -5 FPS in some games and about 150 3dmark06 points drop too. I tired ATI Catalyst 10.3 BETA and 10.3a, i think I'll roll back to 9.12 Hotfix..

What do you guys think ??

Best drivers I found out for my 4650 was 9.8, every other driver was a drop in performance and mean't I could no longer run the games at the same resolution.

I never used the 9.8 before, I was using 9.7 for a long time then went to 9.9 beta for win7 then modded driver 9.12

If that's the case then I'm staying with my modded 10.1.

Oh wait, I wouldn't have been able to use those drivers anyway.

I saw no difference with the 10.1-10.3 drivers.

I was using 9.7 for the longest time, because it always had the best performance and temps, but 10.3 drops the temperature 2C and increases 3DMark06 by 150.
