How much extra battery life do you get after undervolting?

I haven't tried as i don't game when i'm on battery, and when on battery powerplay obviously comes into play and it runs at 0.9v anyway.

Undervolting is just good for when your gaming and wanting your temps to be cooler.

Thats what i said :D . According to Battery Life:

    @ 1.20 Volts ca. 5-10 Minutes BFBC2
    @ 1.10 Volts ca. 10-15 Minutes BFBC2
    @ 1.00 Volts ca. 15-20 Minutes BFBC2
    @ 0.95 Volts ca. 20-25 Minutes BFBC2
    @ 0.90 Volts ca. 25-30 Minutes BFBC2 :D

I prefer 450/1000 clocks @ 0.90 Volts. However i have a really bad piece of a HD5650M you get to 650/1000 without increasing the Voltage and prime stable  .
I can push my card on default Voltage only until 550/1000. 5 Mhz more and errors occur. Max runnung applyable Core frequency is 625Mhz :( .
Really thinking about setting the GPU speed to 650Mhz Core ( forced RivaTuner) give the laptop back and say it has stripes on the screen in when running windows ( also hdmi and VGA). They are not allowed to touch my HDD and will replace the board as long as a chip can run 650Mhz Core

Yeah i don't think mine is too great either, mine default is 450mhz but i can overclock to 650mhz, 1000mhz and it's stable at 0.95. temps don't rise that much either.

For now though i will keep it at 0.9 and let my notebook last longer :)

That's your whole battery life !? Jezus I get an hour and a half with my 6550m and an i5 480m @1330mhz.

I underclock the gpu for an extra 15 minutes of life and am thinking about undervolting to 5650 levels to get another 10 minutes. My goal is a solid 2 hours of gaming coupled with an additional battery for a total of 4 hours.

.My accu is really weak o_o . What games are you playing? I can play Minecraft in eco mode for ca. 4 hours :) .
BFBC2 is like Crysis. My CPU load is ca. 95% ( all threads). GPU about 80-100%.
    Havok/Frostbite wants its tribute.

Nevermind, I flashed it myself. .85v at 2D clocks and 450/700mhz low power mode now :)

Edit* With my i5 480m @ 1330mhz and my 6550m @ 450/700mhz .90v I am getting 1:50 minutes in Mass Effect with the FPS limited to 30 and almost no dips bellow.

I highly recommend undervolting and underclocking the 5650m/6550m to anyone wanting to play on the go.

Should work. But in some cases it wont work. I think you already have 1.0 Volts. Give it a try. You should always be possible to reflash the BIOS even if the voltage is to low because OV/OC starts only when CCC PowerPlay is activated. Just boot in secure mode and reflash org. bios.
