DO NOT READ FURTHER IF YOU DO NOT WANT SPOILERS (MINOR) IF YOU HAVE NOT REACHED "PARADISE LOST" LEVEL!!!
Anyhow, I have reached the level "Paradise Lost" after having excaped that god-forsaken stupid alien ship level...
I get down to "Prophet" and get his alien gun. He says his suit energy is depleting and needs to get to some heat. Where do I find heat? I was reading the walkthru and it says I need to follow the green dot. The green dot only leads up to a dead alien. Maybe its a game glitch?
I restarted the level a couple times with the same result. I'm completely surrounded by rock cliffs and no way to get out and no fire anywhere to warm him up. I'm assuming this is a bug.
Is there a way to skip level forward?

Well - did an uninstall / reinstall, patched to 1.1 and finally got through the level. A portion of the wall blew up making a clearance to go. That never happened before.

you have to walk around to find crashed helicopters or cars that have fire. when you walk near it prophet should walk to the fire source and you have to protect him while he regenerates.
I didn't use the patch and it was fine for me -
I realized it must have been a glitch because after I reinstalled and installed patch, the wall to the East exploded and opened up. Also, it seems if you have shaders on low, you don't see the fire, at least I didn't, except for one car hulk and only from one direction, kinda weird.

It must have been a glitch. I think I read about this happening to someone else too.
I recommend setting up the shader quality as far as you can, because it makes a huge difference in visual quality. -
Yeah, I think I will try to O/C my GPU a little more, especially the shader clock. With all these GPU's running 650MHz or higher it makes me wonder if I did something odd to only get about 600 (actually I think it was stable at around 610).
