well after finishing bfbc2 in nearly one day , i could say the game could have been more longer but loved the gameplay and storyline plus weapons n vehicles in this game.

so i ask u guys a question having finished bfbc2 should i switch to codmw2 or just wait for bfbc3 part to come
    coz
1)bfbc2 has set a benchmark in terms of quality n if codmw2 was not upto that mark then it's not worth it , even though i knw codmw2 is also a pretty good piece
2)is there any other game of this genre out there which is amazing as hell??
though i didn't see too many

come on suggest some quality games..... i didn't see too many out there :(

    played:

    dirt 2
    bfbc2
    splinter cell conviction

you'll enjoy the Call of Duty series for sure if you enjoyed the singleplayer Bad Company 2. It's deinitely worth checking out.

Crysis and Crysis Warhead are also both really fun as well.

But, as spaghetti mentioned above, the multiplayer on BFBC2 is really good, spend some time with that before you leave the game.

From what I've heard the BC2 single player is nto quite as good as the single player for MW2, so if you liked BC2 you'll probably love MW2 single player (It's pretty amazing) I think the multiplayer of both games complements the other. MW2 is a bit faster and more frenetic and smaller, while BC2 is larger and more team based.

Given that BC2 has dedicated servers it's got a bit of an edge in overall multipleyer experience for PC players.

MW2 single player was good, multiplayer can be frustrating, but I still like it. It's a lot more fast-paced than BC, but BC has that "war" touch to multiplayer (vehicles, size, etc.)

    Try the multiplayer before moving.

    Depends for BC2

BC2 has a totally different feeling on a 4 v 4 or 8 v 8 compared to a 16 v 16. On 32 player map there are so many snipers, noob tubing, Gustav losers, and assault 40mm spammers, that average life span is like 30 seconds.

But on a 8 v 8 it's a lot more exciting, the game is paced better. You can actually hear if someone is trying to flank you. On a 32 player map you can't hear anything, constant explosions non-stop. Totally different game.

I dont play on 32 player maps anymore, it's too frustrating to die to sniper/gustav over and over as soon as you spawn and disarming the m-com is impossible with 4 snipers constantly mortors and constant bombardment form tanks etc... It gets boring...

Interesting point. I've been mostly playing large games. I'll have to try out some smaller ones. Thanks for the tip.

    Can relate to that. xD
Called my damn n00bish team for Sniper Hill lol.
Felt like me and the squad was the only one doing the actual attack.
If you absolutely got to skill up your sniper class, at least grab a shotgun or help the team with motion mines. :p

I adopted that tactic mostly cos I'm crap at sniping, but also wanted to use C4.

I use recon class with shotgun with the slugs. Seems to work quite well, and love the motion mines. Not only does it show enemies, it also spooks people out of buildings and such and you can nail them then.
