    HL2: Episode 2 CPU Issue

    HL2: Episode one is only using one of my cpu's on my desktop. The affinity is set to both cpu's and everything but it just keeps one of the cpu's maxed at 100% all the time without even touching the other one. Is this a bug or what?

    PS: This game is supposed to support dual core as is CSS and the rest of the Valve games.

    what os? xp requries some patches, also amd cpus require a few of there own updates to work right in dual core.

    Go to nvidia control panel. Then go to manage 3d settings. Go to global and make sure threaded optimization is on.

    Send me the link from where you got your drivers and I will download them exactly the same way.

    Do you have any other programs that could be editing the drivers or anything?
