    i bought this Laptop 2 years ago

    512mb Ram DDR
    1.6ghz
    intel Mobile Centrino
    Graphic Memory 64mb can change it to 120

    i dont know whats the problem is i run cs 1.6 and i have all the commands for it i do have fixed rates and everything and i get 100fps to 10 fps in like 20 mins of GamePlay its start randomly droping and when theres alot of people in a pub server i get like 40 fps so as in the scrims 5 v 5s i cant run ventrillo its laggs me i updated driver and i have OpenGL settings and its doesnt have v-sycn anywhere if someone can tell me how to turn off v-sync throw command promote or anything please help me i want to get 100fps in cs and i have a extra fan for this P.O.S notebook.

    any help will be appricated.
