It's brilliant when people don't read threads like these and make ridiculous posts as new members

Harleyquin.................am really sorry for posting such ridiculous threads.............but your thread no where directly answers my queston............may be its because i do not understand the language...but i mean ........my laptop[ series is not even talked about...........

If you bothered reading further into the thread, there should be a link showing a list of MXM-laptops.
Laptops cannot magically transform into MXM-format laptops even they weren't designed initially to be compatible with the format. -
MXM compatible GPUs are those which are slotted so you can easily remove them and replace it with another one. But since, HP's notebooks have their GPUs soldered to the motherboard, there is no way you can replace the card without effectively replacing the motherboard. And that too if HP offers the same motherboard with a different card.

And you CAN'T turn a non-MXM notebook into one.

To my knowledge, it is possible to unsolder a present gpu from the mobo and re-solder a new one in it's place, but not recommended.
The problem would lie in determining which gpu COULD be put in it's place through such a method. -
