Hi all I'm a newbie and I'm hoping to be an active participater here. I have a brand new dv8339us and I'm not 100% satisfied with the gpu(Go 7600) . Does anyone know of a way I can upgrade it (yes I read the sticky). I've heard that laptops with MXM can upgrade their gpu and I was just wondering if this one has MXM. Thanks for the help. :)

It's not MXM, sorry. You wouldn't find MXM in a mainstream notebook like an HP/Dell because they do not want you fiddling around with the insides of your machine.

Well it's a great mobile GPU, but don't let what I said about me being 100% satisfied keep you from buying it. I just have very high expectations and it didn't quite meet them. It's waay better than my integrated Geforce 2 though lol. :p

that card is a great performer for many who want to game.
