Which laptop will run Battlefield 2 better? A HP dv6000z with an AMD Turion 64 X2 Dual-Core TL-58(1.90GHz/1MB) processor,1GB DDR2 RAM System Memory (2 Dimm),256MB NVIDIA GeForce Go 7200 Graphics card,80GB 5400RPM SATA Hard Drive

    or a
Dell Inspiron 1501 with an AMD Turio 64 X2 Mobile Technology TL-60 (2.0GHz/1MB) processor, 2GB DDR2 SDRAM at 533MHZ, 2 DIMM, and an ATI RADEON Xpress1150 256MB HyperMemory (Integrated) graphics card, and a 120gb haed drive?

Would I be able to upgrade the dv6000 aftermarket to 2gb of RAM

Even though they both are very low end cards, I would say the HP would run it somewhat better.

Of course you could upgrade your RAM.

HP would have a better perormance. Why? The video card is dedicated, not integrated like the ATI one.

On the box for Battlefield 2, it says it requires windows xp, will vista work. Also how much better is the 7200 then the xpress 1150?

The 7200 is still a lowend card, but since it is dedicated, it will perform better. You can google reviews of it and the ATI integrated one as well.

The DV6500t, might want to upgrade the hdd later on, possibly to a 7200rpm one.

The DV6500t I would say is the better deal:

-better graphics (I think, its at the very less equal to the 7400)
    -better processor
    -twice the RAM

The HDD can be replaced for a larger one if you need.
