*sorry dont know where else to post this*

ok, so i fired up riva tuner and poped open the temp monitoring, i started 3dmarks06. the first few seconds were running smoothly when suddenly i started experiencing horrible lagspikes in the benchmark, so i ended the program. i looked at the monitoring and this is what i got.

now, that looks really, really bad. what should i do?

-note : i did clean the laptop for dust and what not not to long ago.

83c maximum temperature really isn't that bad, actually I think its quite normal, as long as it doesn't go over 85c I would not worry.

However if you are overclocking you might want to lower the clocks a little bit also try looking at this guide to cooling down your notebook computer:

    http://forum.notebookreview.com/showthread.php?t=60914

You could also invest in a cooling pad which should further help with lowering the temperature.

For the record, please do not post huge images like that . . . I had to scroll and I have a 1680x1050 screen.

those are not hot temps... anything under 90C is fine.

    PAYMON:
    - you need to clean out your vents and fans (if you havent yet)... as well as use the Fan Toggle (Fn+F2) while gaming.

I see we have a uTorrent user here!

Dude, I would edit out all of those torrent files in photoshop or paint before posting an image like that. I swear I saw 5+ movies.
