    Has anyone else picked up this game? it's a hot download at www.fileplanet.com and the game is completely free. its just an add-on thing for half life 2 multiplayer, but it looks really good. it is supposed to have that strategic feel of military play. if anyone has tried it, let me know on how it is please :) otherwise it'll be done in a couple hours for me. just wondering if anyone is trying this out

    iv played it.... its like CSS but better (depending on who u are) get it.... its very realistic fealing.

    i love this game. its so much fun! beta 2.0 is so much better than 1.1 IMO

    it failed pretty much, was hyped to get big but just wasn't fun at all.. for me anyway. Its a bit like battlefield but CSS is much better

    Speaking of CS:S, I just gave away my copy of HL2 with CSS with my old laptop because I ordered Orange Box for $25, and just realized that CSS isnt included with it, ugh.

    The Half-Life 2 Insurgency home site pointed me to gameupdates.org, which looks like a pretty nice Bittorrent tracker for game demos and mods. I'm downloading at ~460KB/sec at the moment. It does look like an impressive game.

    Can you install it if you only have team fortress 2 and not the total Orange box package?

    I think you can install it as long as you have the Source SDK Base downloaded, check the tools section in steam.

    Great mod, been playing it since Beta 1 but now I am preoccupied playing COD4 and TF2.

    I'm pretty sure you have to have some form of HL2 and the SDK base. Check the website forums though.
