Hey, I'm just wondering how well Half-Life 2/CS:Source/TF2 will run maxed out on a 9600m GT w/DDR3 at a reslution of 1650x1080. Anyone know?

I max it out on my 8600mGT at 1920x1200 res, so you should be fine.

That should translate to 70-90 FPS on normal maps, and dropping down to 40-ish on HDR maps. You can probably get away with 2x/4x antialiasing without sacrificing gameplay.
