    E1505 X1400 user here,
I installed HL2 Ep.1 a couple days and tried it out. It automatically started me on full blown max stetting, problem is, its running at around 22 fps. I overclocked a little bit and I got 2 fps, yeah like that is gonna help. The resolution I am playing at is 11??/6??(widescreen one). Anyways I fooled around with the resoluiton and when I put it to 800 * 600 equivelant of widescreen it has great performance, but realy looks like crap. So i think I am going to have to turn all the detail down, and maybe turn off HDR. HDR is by far the strangest setting I have ever experienced. It's almost like, "oh i can live without it" and then you turn it off and you are like, "dude, I played like this before?". I know that i can play without it but the truth is that I dont want to, and its a 7-9 fps killer.
So I'll fool around with it for a little bit more and I will let you guys that have X1400's what setting I get it at so that it plays okay. See ya guys later.
