I'm not too sure what you're asking, but if you're looking for counter-strike source I know that the game store I went to was saying that it can only be attained through a copy of Half-Life 2 or the Day of Defeat Source/Counter-Strike Source combo.

    If it's a Half-Life Anthology, I'd imagine it'd come with Half-Life, though I didn't think that they had released Half-Life in a source version.

If you buy Half-Life 2, then you get CS:S. I don't believe that Source games are bundled with HL Anthology.

You can buy CS:S seperate, it's not that expensive.

Half Life Source is not included in the Half Life Anthology bundle.

no the half life anthology does not come with HL2 or CS:S.. you will get CS:S with HL2, or by buying it seperate. the half life anthology contains (correct me if i am wrong) all the half life 1 expansions & mods (tfc, cs, dod, dm, etc..) for it

    pb,out.

    Half-Life Anthology
    SHORT DESCRIPTION

In addition to the base title, the two official add-on packs Half-Life: Opposing Force and Half-Life: Blue Shift enjoyed both critical and commercial success as they gave players the chance to relive the incident at the Black Mesa Research Facility from the perspective of other characters.

But the Half-Life phenomenon also includes multiplayer gaming and this Anthology would not be complete without the original Half-Life: Deathmatch and Team Fortress classic, Valves class-based multiplayer action game.
    ------------

It does not include the cs, dod, etc mods by default, but they are FREE to download as long as you own HL1. It does not include any Source content.

Forget Half Life source, it was rather lackluster.
Theres a couple modding groups out there that are totally redoing the original half life for the Source engine. That means new textures, new models, the works. All half life source did was render the same models and textures that were in the original half life, except source made them look a little bit better.

Source also gave HL updated scene rendering, particularly lighting and water/liquids. But yeah, the textures and models are basically the same.
