    I will give it my best shot...

    He is upset at his video memory.
    All the rest of the requirements are fine except for video memory required to run Halo2 (why would you want to play that monstrosity anyway?).

    He has: 67 (I am guessing 64MB)
    Halo 2 needs: 127 (I am guessing 128MB)

    ...am I close?

    @storyR: That looks like it might make sense.

    @cooljamesbob: If StoryR got it right, you need a new video card, plain and simple. If you have a video card with only 64 MB of video memory, you can't really expect to play most modern games with any kind of real success, anyway.
