I would take a look at the SC2 requirements, and think you can back off slightly on the CPU. That would be my "guess" unless Blizzard has already published the min reqs.

You will prolly own a new computer by the time it comes out. So dont worry about it.

An optimistic guess as to when the game will be out is Q3/Q4 2011 so you still have a lot of time to think about upgrading.
I, too, want a gaming laptop that will run this game at maximum, but right now, I'm not in a dire need of a new laptop so I wait and see. No need to rush and buy things you don't really need.

It's Blizzard... it will work on a slightly-souped-up toaster.

Reminder, they support macs... given Apple's unwillingness to embrace the gaming community, this means the average PC will do just fine.

Blizzard has a way of creating superb games with minimum requirements. not to mention they take forever to finish a game and with SC2 being released now I wouldnt expect to see diablo 3 until at least 2012.

It should run ok on a mid-low computer.
    Anyway, try this website:

Ignore that site... unless your system is ancient or a godbox, it is usually wrong.
