    Has anybody tryied out 340.65 nvidia drivers on notebook?

    I read that this driver is more stable with overclock than past ones?has anybody tryied it on notebook?

    I wouldn't download that just yet. Give it some time to become a WHQL driver.

    thanks for posting but as j.Dre said we would wait, especially as there is nothing on Nvidia sites ive used for years who normally post them first and then other sites copy.

    there is a Quadro WHQL driver released today but that is 340.66 and only supports Quadro cards.

    Doesn't matter, any non-GeForce driver can be installed on GeForces with a modded INF. I'd personally wait for the R343 main branch to drop since it will have some headline features such as dropping support for legacy DX10 cards, fixing the ShadowPlay SLI performance bug, and adding further DX11 improvements. Usually the increases between side branches within main branches are small, it's the main branches where the big differences are. Plus I don't update my driver often unless there's something noteworthy to update for, hence still being on 337.88 LOL.
