    Have Crysis Warhead don't have the box anymore

    Just moved and I cannot find the box for the life of me. What are my options. I have the disk and installed on my new computer and can't find the box anywhere. Do I have to call EA tech support for a new key? Do they give them out? I don't want to shell out another 20 bucks.....

    Do you have the game registered on Origin? (EA Download Manager)

    If not, it's probably not too late since you still have the game installed on your machine and the CD Key is stored in your registry. Below is where you can find it if you have Win 7 64, but it shouldn't be too different if you are on another OS. Just search around

    Open up regedit: Start ->Run->Regedit

    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/SOFTWARE/Wow643Node/Electronic Arts/EA Games/Crysis Warhead/ergc

    The binary located in that ergc folder has your CD Key. Take that CD Key and try and register is on Origin.

    Thanks it was installed on my old computer and didn't think to look through my old computer for the registry key. I will do that. Thanks!

    I couldn't attach my copy of Warhead to Origins because it was pre 09 release. Contact EA and they will give you a new key.

    I could attach my Crysis Warhead key to Origin, but regular Crysis was too old. D;
