    I'm trying to think of some games to get for Christmas, so far it's Age of Empires 3, and I thought about battle for middle earth. I don't really like shooters much. I would just like to see what you recommend.

    battle for middle earth was a great game. The good though, dominate quite easily, so if your looking for a well balance, it's decent. But if your always the type who love to take the good side and whoop, then get it. also if your a fan of lord of the rings, books, movie, etc. you have to get this game also. And wait also for BFME 2 coming out this next year.

    What about Black and White 2? Is it any good? Would it just kinda set aside since I'm getting AOE3 also?

    freedom force was a fun game. Get's a bit boring once you save up and hook up a hero with like superman like qualities. other than that, until then it's sorta challenging.
