I was just in the middle of half-life 2, when my computer just reset. The screen went white for a second, then it started to boot up. I am fairly new to gaming, does this sound like a heat issue?? My computer felt a little warm, but it always gets a bit warm when gaming. If this is a heat problem, is there anyway I can prevent this, aside from getting a cooling pad?? Thanks alot!!

Check your event log. Control panel --> Administrative tools --> Event viewer --> The system and application logs are what you want to look at. Anything that is has a red X would be bad. Especially one that has some hex codes listed, which indicates a blue screen. Generally, it could be software or hardware, including overheating. Couldn't hurt to reinstall your vid drivers though.

Yeah, reinstall your drivers. Try different ones if you are using the regular dell ones right now. ;)

Mine stays on usually for a week at a time, and I play BF2 hours a day. Never had a reboot, even with my video overclocked.
