    Hellgate: London Installation Issues

    So I bought the game on the basis that singleplayer is really fun. Problem is, I can't even get it installed. I've been working on it a full day now and I can not get it to stop looping the install "loading bar". I keep getting the same error:

    Hellgate London\Data\hellgate000.dat is Missing. Verify that this file is present.

    I have looked on the CD for it and it definitely isn't missing. When i press retry, it acts like it's normal again but every 30 minutes it'll pop up again and in the meantime, the loading bar will finish and then reset.

    Seems like I'm not the only one with this problem either as I have tried it in my friend's Vostro 1400 and another friend's desktop system. I've already exchanged the disc for a new one so it can't be that. Does anybody else have a remedy to this problem? I've already sent emails and done a million other things to try to troubleshoot this.
