Take a screenshot (the print screen button, paste in paint, save as jpeg) and upload it

Seems like a driver problem. I definitely recommend 169.04 for Crysis.

To me that sounds like your video card is seriously overheating or even damaged. What do you mean by that buzzing sound? If it comes from inside your laptop (not from speakers/headphones), then the fan might be broken or choked up by something (dust, dirt??). If so, this would then be the cause of the overheating.

I got an Asus G1S and had a problem 1 time: i upgraded to the 169.09 driver, installation went ok, than i started up cod4 and i had purple,... dots and lines on my screen (I was freaking out then btw :p) and i installed the 169.04 driver again and everything was ok again :)

yeah... I heard that 169.09 screws up G1s... So currently the best driver for G1s appears to be 169.04.
