Help Dungeon Siege 2 not working!!!!

I would really give a rep to some sone who solves the problem.(it would be good if i get a the help really quickly) my freaking friends are playing lan on it now and i can't.....booo.....(i thought of smuging melted chocolate on their keyboards mwuhahahaha...lol jk)
Ok so now when i load the game it craches most of the times just before the microsoft advert thing.... And sometimes i can get in and but when i click multiplayer it lagges like hell and it just craches. And sometims (the just got on chapter 7 dang) i can get into the lan menu but i cant get into the games. boo
I am using a cracked vertion btw and i didn't lag before yesterday night and i had a few viruses before yesterday night and i am now currently scannign for virus and defragmenting all my hard drives.....
Please help...... I will cartainly give you help..........

Using Cracked versions of anything is a big no-no

well now i can't even play cs 1.6 (well laggin really badly) And i didnt get it cracked. So any help would be appericeated.....
