I have mine OC, and I don't really see any difference. I"m probably just gonna go back to stock speed.

Monitor your temperatures. I use Notebook Hardware Control (NHC). You should monitor your CPU, GPU and HDD temperatures that way you'll know if and when any of those components are getting too hot.
Check out Gophn's Monitoring Notebook Temps: nVidia & ATI, CPU, HDD guide for more information.

You also want to keep your notebook as cool as possible (cleaning it and possibly buying a notebook cooler). Have a look at Chaz's Guide to Cooling Down Your Notebook Computer.

You might want to read about OCing your card to see if the extra heat is worth the performance increase. You might want to avoid taking the risk.

You should be able to play Crysis and Assassins Creed with that system, but you'll have to turn down the graphics detail some.

Should run it okay. I'm not sure on exact settings for either game, but from any other game, Shadows and Bloom effect can kill your FPS. Turn em off if you can.

run it fine but no more than Medium settings at most & not all of the fancy effects need to be that high since they aren't that noticable, I'd recommend downloading the Crysis Tripe C Pack no matter which graphics card (unless you got that new GTX 280 :D) which replaces all the textures (look exactly the same) making them consistently refreshing to provide better fps.
