    Hey everyone!

I'm not sure what to do or where to turn, so I'm hoping someone here can help me. I started recording 4K videos for YouTube, in the form of Let's Play videos. I record them at 60 MBps bitrate, 3840x2160 resolution with Nvidia ShadowPlay.

The videos play fine on my hard drive. They are in full 2160p60 res and look great. No stutters, no hiccups or anything.

However, when I upload them to YouTube, things go terribly wrong. All of a sudden my beautiful video turns into a choppy mess at 2160p60 resolution! That's *if* you can even see them at 216op. Most of my videos cap at 1080p60 for some odd reason. The ones that do show up, though, are incredibly choppy.

My PC is more than capable of playing back 4K video on YouTube. Other videos work fine. It's just my gaming videos that seem to create an issue.

My YouTube channel is http://www.youtube.com/FluentGamingChannel . The videos in question are my Oblivion Let's Play in 4K!!! and 3 other 4K resolution videos in the playlist.

So, can anyone please help me here? YouTube "support" is nonexistent and I have no idea where to turn. I want my videos to be available in the highest quality and this is really frustrating me to no end.

Any help is greatly appreciated! Thanks!

Hey I just watched a few of your video's and the 4k worked fine (nice vids :)). You sure your browser or net speed isn't gimped?

Great news! Thanks for taking the time to test it for me. :)

My internet speed is very fast, and other videos work fine in 2160p60. It just seems to be my videos that the slowdown occurs in, so it is indeed very strange.

Oh well. At least I know others can view them in 4K and they look good and function well. Thanks again! :)

Have to ask, you're not checking it too early after making it public? It will take some time before max res is available even after YouTube says it's done compressing and whatnot.

Thanks, but no, that's not it. I wait several days and still don't see a 4K option. Then, when I do see the 4K option on week-old videos, the video is very choppy in my player.

I have a great computer and internet connection so the choppiness is baffling, considering no other videos really do it except my own. Other 2160p60 videos on YouTube seem to play fine for me.
