Looks like you've got yourself a notebook with integrated graphics...Pelas list your full specs...Including the GPU (doesn't matter about the specs of the GPU, just tell us the name of it.).

Check under My Computer > right click > properies > device manager > display adapter to check your video card.
And yeah, there are some extrenal vga's out there .. they are a lil expensive though.
Depending on your card you can try diffrent drivers and OC .. might increase your performance.

Intel 965 is a very weak integrated GPU. You can't upgrade it as it is part of the mobo, and there is no slot to put a card in. Sorry, but you are kind of stuck unless you can return it and buy something else.

That's not really an option. Graphics processing requires a lot more bandwidth than you can get through USB. There are some external cards out there, but the only ones that seem to work very well are rare and specially made for certain lines of laptops.

Yes, Johnny has a good point too.

errr Afaque, hi. If you are still wondering about your hardware, just type in "dxdiag" without quotations and post screenshots here. Then we know you are not confusing us lol.

If your off to buy a new laptop, be sure to get a good laptop without integrated graphics. Dedicated is always best. Try to stay above 8400M G for gaming in the future.

think anything from 8400M GS ----------> 8800M GTX (you wont be able to afford that i think...VERY expensive)

most people buy from Dell 1550 apparently its really good deal for such little price.

it has 8600M GT DDR3 which is some good stuff... :D

Be aware of their dreaded customer support *hides in corner*

is it even running nfs carbon? if so be happy, GPUs CANNOT be upgraded (except a handful high end laptops)
